Online Forms with Restricted Access
AidaForm allows you to control access to your forms in several ways. This can be useful if you want to limit who can view or submit responses. You can set up:
- Password protection so that only respondents who know the password can open and submit the form.
- Time limits to make the form available only within a specific date range.
- Response limits to stop accepting responses after reaching a certain number.
All these settings are available under Form → Builder → Publish → Form Status → Configure → Restrict Access in your AidaForm account. If a form is unavailable due to time or response limits, the Fallback URL option lets you redirect respondents to another page of your choice.
