Blog Feedback Survey

A blog feedback survey is a short online form that helps bloggers understand how readers experience their blog, which topics interest them most, and what could make the content even better.

This AidaForm template focuses on the essentials: blog navigation, content value, visual appeal, and reader interests. It also includes a recommendation score (NPS) and an open-ended field where readers can suggest topics they would like to see next. The form uses a simple multi-page structure, showing only a few questions at a time so it stays quick and easy to complete, even on mobile devices.

Click Use This Template to add the survey to your AidaForm account, adjust the questions or topic options, embed it on your blog, or share it by link or newsletter to start collecting reader feedback.
