We count all responses submitted through all your forms in a month. For example, you can have one form with 100 responses, two forms with 99 and 1 responses, respectively, or 100 forms with one response each :) Please note that deleting responses from the Results tab does not reset the monthly counter. If you already received 100 responses this month, you won’t be able to receive any more of them until next month when the counter resets.
We use the 2Checkout payment processing to accept payments and bill monthly and yearly subscription fees. 2Checkout meets the highest level PCI compliance: every transaction, as well as your personal data are safe when making payments with 2Checkout online. AidaForm does not store any of your payment data.

Yes. You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase without any additional explanations.
The features and benefits are the same, but the yearly subscription saves you 2 months worth of payments: you pay for 10 months and gain full access to the AidaForm service for a full year.
You can downgrade to the Free plan anytime if you so choose. In this case, you’ll be billed only for the months you’ve been subscribed for the paid plan. We don’t want to bind you with long-term agreements, but we’ll be sorry to see you go.
Your forms and collected responses will remain available, but you won’t be able to accept payments or collect files from your respondents. The AidaForm branding block will appear in the form footers and the response restriction of up to 100 submissions a month will be applied again.
Yes, you can. We calculate partial refunds individually. Please contact our support team to get the refund.
