Adjust the Design

In the Form Editor you can tweak your chosen template. Start with the Form Elements tab. Here you can include any types of available fields: name, email, phone number, date (in case you’re planning to organize a series of events or repeat the same event several times on different dates), and a lot more. You can even add multiple choice questions, drop-down lists, CAPTCHA security tests, and electronic signature fields so that guests could confirm the registration. To change the order of fields, simply drag them around the interface. Once you’re satisfied with the fields, it’s time to adjust the colors.

Go to Form Designer. Explore the collection of themes to find the one that will match the colors of the page where you’re going to publish your registration form.


Set Up Payment Collection (Optional)
