How to create a form from a blank page

  1. Log in to your AidaForm account.
  2. Click the Create New Form button in the upper right corner of the interface. Give your form a name (no one will see it except you) and click Next. To create a form from a blank page, click Create Blank Form.
  3. Create your form: click the Form Elements to see all available fields. Add the required blocks to your form by clicking on any of them once or drag and drop them to the working area. Add and rearrange fields as you like to build the form you need. Then click the Form Designer button on the right to choose an appropriate color set for the form. To preview your form, click the button in the top right corner of the website.

How to use ready-made templates

AidaForm offers dozens of ready-made templates to save you time. All AidaForm templates are fully customizable and optimized to be used on any device.

  1. Select a template

    To view the available templates, open the Template Gallery page. Choose the template that matches your requirements and click the Use This Template button to add the form to your AidaForm account for further editing.

  2. Log in to AidaForm

    To customize ready-made templates, you need to log in your AidaForm account. If you’ve never used the AidaForm service before, create an account for free by clicking Sign Up in the upper part of the screen.

    After you log in, you’ll be in your member’s area. In the My Forms section, you’ll see your chosen template at the top of the list. To customize the template, click it once to open the form editor.

  3. Customize the template

    In the form builder, you can tweak the chosen template as you like – type in additional text, add or remove fields, apply a different color set and more. For example, to add new blocks, click the Form Elements button on the left. If you want to change the colors, use the Form Designer button on the right. Customize the template until it fits your needs perfectly.
