After your purchaser clicks on the Submit/Pay button, the following simultaneous processes will take place: All the entered purchaser data, e.g. Name, Email, Address is sent to your Results -> Response Inbox account section. If you’ve set a Google Sheet integration, the data will also be sent to the specified sheet. Your purchasers are redirected to the PayPal window to login and then to complete the purchase. Upon purchase completion, PayPal sends to AidaForm a notification about the successful transaction and AidaForm updates the purchase status information in your Results -> Response Inbox account section. Please note: the purchase status information in Google Sheets is not updated! If your buyer does not complete the purchase process, e.g. he/she simply closes the PayPal window, PayPal does not send AidaForm any notifications and so no purchase status update is possible and occurs.How PayPal integration works
