If you need a printable version of your blank form, you can save any published AidaForm as a PDF using your web browser’s built-in Print feature.
This is useful for consent forms, waivers, registration forms, intake forms, and other documents that may need to be printed or shared offline.
Note: The exported PDF is intended for printing and archiving. It does not include AidaForm features such as conditional logic, calculations, payments, electronic signatures, or interactive form fields.
Before you create the PDF
To ensure that all form fields appear in the exported document:
- Remove any Page Break fields from the form. Browsers print only the currently displayed page, so multi-page forms may not be exported correctly.
- Remove any Hide/Show conditional logic. Fields that are hidden when the page loads will not appear in the PDF.
- Open the form in the Builder, then go to Publish → Link.
- Copy the published form URL and open it in your browser.
Tip: If necessary, create a copy of your form without page breaks or conditional visibility specifically for PDF use.
Once the published form is displayed, follow the instructions below for your browser.

Things to keep in mind

- Interactive AidaForm features, such as conditional logic, calculations, payments, and file uploads, are not available in the printed version.
- If your form spans multiple pages when printed, review the print preview before saving.
- Changes you make to the online form later will not affect PDF copies you have already created.
