Suppose you are going to launch an event registration form and you’d like to add the audience who will register for your event to your email newsletter list that is hosted on Mailchimp. First of all, create a form in your AidaForm account, then publish it and send a test response. Log in to your Zapier account, click the Make a Zap button and name your Zap. In the 1. When this happens -> Choose App & Event section, find and choose the AidaForm app. Click the Continue button. Define your AidaForm account. Choose your required form from the Form drop-down menu in the Customize Response section. Click Continue, then click Test and Continue. When you click the Test and Continue button, Zapier loads the latest responses of your chosen form and uses them to build up a list of the available fields. Now you have to set up Mailchimp to transfer information from your AidaForm to relevant parts of your Mailchimp account. In the 2. Do this … section, find and choose the Mailchimp application. From the Choose Action Event drop-down menu, choose a required action, for example, Add/Update Subscriber. Click Continue. In the Choose Account drop-down menu, click the Add a New Account button and log in to your Mailchimp account. Click Continue. In the Customize Subscriber section choose your Audience list, and for Subscriber Email choose the field of your AidaForm that collects email addresses. Tip: Zapier loads and displays the list of all available in your Mailchimp audience list field. For all the displayed fields you can choose and set a corresponding field on your AidaForm. So the data from your AidaForm response will be transferred to the designated Mailchimp field. Click Continue. Review the final list of settings that you have made and click Test and Continue. Click Done Editing and turn your created Zap ON. Congratulations! Your AidaForm + Mailchimp Zapier integration is set up.How to set up AidaForm + Mailchimp integration on Zapier
